Heather has been working in the nonprofit industry for nearly 20 years in various administrative roles. She brings a passionate, dedicated and thoughtful approach to every interaction with clients.

She specializes in streamlining processes, anticipating client administrative needs, and keeping the Guiding Force team organized and on track with data management. You’ll also see Heather at outreach events and industry conferences.

When Heather isn’t making a huge difference in the lives of her colleagues, she’s spending quality time with her husband and playing with her rambunctious dog, Murray.

Matt discovered Salesforce after a change of career landing as an accidental Salesforce Administrator and end user. From there, he started learning and gaining additional Salesforce knowledge, certifications (9x) and experiences. He then joined several Salesforce user groups, and started serving as a Volunteer Virtual Admin prior to joining Guiding Force Consulting (GFC).

These experiences helped round Matt out as a Salesforce Administrator and Consultant where he currently works alongside GFC staff serving their many client needs.

Prior to that he has over 10 years of experience in Municipal Recreation including project management, personnel and volunteer management, facility and budget oversight and an array of registration software programs. When he isn’t troubleshooting and developing solutions in Salesforce, he is trying to find solutions for his kids to have a fun and healthy childhood alongside his wife of 13+ years.

Stephanie’s passion is partnering with nonprofit leaders to transform the ways they capture supporter data and information.

·      The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

·      Easterseals Michigan

·      The Children’s Foundation

She specializes in big picture customer relationship management strategies, nitty-gritty details of Salesforce solutions and empowering teams to feel confident in their ability to capture, visualize and interpret their data.

A life-long learner, Stephanie is a proud graduate of Davenport University with a Master of Business Administration and is a Salesforce Certified System Administrator. When not sailing on the Great Lakes, she spends her free time with her husband and two dogs exploring new adventures.
